What happens when you get to 16?

There is a special service in Surrey called Rainer that helps young people who are 16 years old (or over) and who are leaving care or living in supported housing.

The Rainer Surrey 16plus Service works with 16-21 year olds in and leaving care (and up to 24 years plus if in Higher or Further Education), who are referred by Surrey Children's Service. They support care leavers in their transition to independent living from the looked after system.
